Need help with your meditation practice? Then take a 1/2 hour private meditation class with Frans Stiene, senior teacher at the International House of Reiki. The system of Reiki works with very effective meditation practices, but if you aren’t practicing them then they’re not going to work for you.

This is a guided meditation which concentrates on the hands. When practiced in conjunction with Mikao Usui’s teachings it represents the balance of the body, harmony, respect, and humility.
